We're looking for a passionate colleague to join our Group HR team at the headqarters in Vienna 23.,

YOU WILL.

As Group HR Specialist you are shaping various HR initiatives, including:

  • ESG: Contribute to implement our HR Sustainability strategy.
  • Social Minimum Safeguards: Help us to ensure the EU social minimum safeguards requirements. Assist with a group-wide risk analysis and the monitoring of risk mitigation measures.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Enhance our group-wide salary benchmark structure. Analyze industry trends and develop an equal pay indicator with us.
  • Data Analytics: Use the power of data analytics to create strategic HR dashboards.
  • General HR Process Improvement: Let's optimize our HR processes, also with the help of AI, to increase efficiency for our employees.

Requirements:

  • Background in HR with a passion for collaborating on group-wide initiatives or experience in Finance, especially in Controlling, eager to expand your skill set
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
